Is the deposit refundable?

If you cancel in text, more than 14 days in advance of your party date, you will receive a $100 refund. No refunds will be given less than 14 days prior to your party date. In the extremely rare circumstance that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

How many people can be on the bus at once?

The studio bus can accommodate up to 20+ participants on the bus at one time. We can host larger groups by dividing the group, with half on the bus and half set up outside of the bus at stations. At the half hour mark, we switch the participants so that all can enjoy the experience aboard the bus.

What should the children wear?

We do provide smocks for all artist to use; however, the more engaged they become in their creation, the more likely the mess. Parents should dress participants in older clothing they don’t mind getting dirty.

What if I have more than 15 children at the party?

The more the merrier. The studio bus can accommodate up to 15 participants on the bus at one time. We can host larger groups by dividing the group, with half on the bus and half set up outside of the bus at stations. At the half hour mark, we switch the participants so that all can enjoy the experience aboard the bus. There is an extra $10 per person charge for each additional Gamer over 15 participants.
